On Tuesday, April 4, 2023, Boscobel Area School District (BASD) community voters approved a $21.5M facilities referendum to address prioritized district-wide capital maintenance, move grades 4-5 to the Middle-High School to create operational efficiencies, and add a gym for school and community use.

 

We sincerely appreciate your support and input over the last few years as we’ve gone through the facility planning process, including those who attended our community conversation presentations, participated in our Facility Advisory Committee (FAC), and our key partners at Plunkett Raysich Architects, Findorff, and Baird. Thank you to everyone who came out to vote. 

 

We are looking forward to the next steps as we move into the architectural design process, which includes engaging with staff and key stakeholders to gather input on the design phases. The design process will last until the end of 2023 and public bidding will begin at the start of 2024. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2024 and will be complete by the fall of 2025.
